favorite find wednesdays.

my mom has taught me how to bargain shop like you wouldn't believe. i'm pretty sure 3/4 of my wardrobe i got on sale at saks or neimans, or somewhere cheap like forever21, old navy, target, tj maxx, urban outfitters, and sometimes anthro depending on what i can find. i usually won't pay full price for anything over $50 unless i absolutely love it/wanna marry it/cant live without it - or if it's a classic piece that won't go out of style.
stretching the dollar = more clothes, and if you're patient enough to spend time looking and waiting it's totally worth it. this summer i bought a tibi dress at saks originally over $400. ask me how much i paid for it. $89. it was the last one on the rack. it's one size too big so i'm going to get it taken in but let's be real, totally worth it. i saved $311. plus it's GOOD QUALITY clothing that you're getting. it may hold up like a $400 dress but who wants to spend that much to prove it?

"you gotta spend money to save it."
- anne brock to richard brock when it comes to shopping sales

soooooooo the point of that rant was to say that there is a SALE going on at OLD NAVY. i wondered in there last night too and found this shirt.....it's called a "breezy blouse" i believe. and it is sooooo comfy. it's a light weight material that is so flowy and soft. it literally will go with ANYTHING. you can dress it up or dress it down, and any color goes great with it. when the weather gets colder you can even throw a cardigan over it. and the best part is that it was only $15. they're online too at www.oldnavy.com.
*i wouldn't recommend sizing up because it's already flowy and the bigger it is the more it loses it's shape.*
happy hunting!
